My doctor said I could have 3 months to get my cholesterol down, on my own terms. I really don’t want to go on medication, so I’ve put myself on a very strict eating regimen.

No more of these foods, for the next 3 months.

  • butter
  • cheese
  • pork products
  • beef
  • cake
  • cookies
  • pie
  • mayonnaise
  • ice cream

So far, so good. I’ve eaten a lot of oatmeal, and kale, and skinless chicken. It’s all worth it, especially since I’m probably staving off death by heart attack.

My INTENTION, is to get to the gym every day too. I’m feeling a great sense of accomplishment within myself, and isn’t that the most important thing!

On Day #6, I mustered up the energy to take Marie Jasmin Cautadella’s new class called….ELIMIN8TOR.

It. Was. Brutal.
