We were super excited when we walked into the GORGEOUS property, and didn’t even realize just how special this property could be!
Le Meridién didn’t miss a beat. Outside the door to our suite, was our very own “trained monkey”, whose sole task was to let the housekeeping staff know when we wanted privacy.
Our monkey did a great job!
Upon arrival, guests are treated to a fruit basket. In some of the suites, they also deliver shots of rum, banana chips, and delicious coconut treats.
The bed was gorgeous, cushy, and super comfy. How do they get those sheets so soft?
I discovered a wedding about to take place. If I couldn’t crash the party, I would at least try to snap some photos.
The hotel had set up a “chupah” for the beachfront nuptials.
Even the minister had a good time!
Pea Shoot Dip, Roasted Garlic and Butter.
Coconut Ice Cream and Fruit
My key card tells it like I am. OBNOXIOUSLY HAPPY!

Breakfast was a huge buffet. I was so impressed that Food & Beverage Manager, Aom AKA Adthapong Visutyothapibal, made an extra special effort to introduce himself to us, He unnecessarily apologized, that he wasn’t able to meet us upon our arrival.
Aom and his team could not have been more helpful, hospitable, or gracious during our entire stay.
Me and my culinary delights (so proud).
Time for a slimming massage, a short stroll away, down on the beach. 600 Baht equals $20USD dollars. How could I resist? Could it work?
I think my thighs actually showed some improvement. Now if I could just lay off the fried chicken and ice cream.
Headed to our car after checking out, we were approached by Aom, Pannipa, and Boton…en masse. “We wanted to wish you a safe journey, and thank you for staying with us,” they said.
I was so touched, I started to cry.
I’m pretty sure that I saw a tear in the eye of F&B Manager, Adthapong Visutyothapibal AKA, Aom, although he tried to deny it.
We hope to see you all again next year!
